Introduction of WQK sewage pump 

1. WQK sewage pump is developed on the basis of WQ series sewage pump, adding up with a cutting device.

2. Made up of water pump, seal and motor, where water pump is above motor and these two parts are linked by hard alloy mechanical seal.

Features

1. Motor of 4kw and below 4kw is loaded with thermal protective device, which can disconnect power under pump phase failure, pump overloaded or motor overheated.

2. Impeller is semi-open and single-channel; pump cover is groove-like. High speed impeller cuts impurity then discharges it, possible to operate within full head.

3. The space between cover and impeller can be adjusted. It only needs to adjust cover situation when hydraulic performance lowers, which shall raise head greatly.

4. WQK series pump is characterized by high through capacity and fine cutting ability.

Application

1. WQK cutting dirty water pump is applied to construction site, mine, factory/plant, municipal works etc.

2. It can be used to transfer sewage that contains long fibre,plastic,cloth strip,rope,tree leaves,also to drain and irrigate clean water.

Using condition

1. Temperature of the transport medium not more than 40°C

2. Transport medium's PH value should be 4 ~ 10

3. The biggest density of transfer medium for 1.3*103 kg/m ³

4. Power should be three-phase 380V,frequency 50Hz,voltage fluctuation range with 0.9-1.1 times of regulated voltage.

5. The underwater depth that the pump is placed shall not exceed 5 m

6. Pump of 5.5kw and over 5.5kw should be equipped with matching motor protection contactor.
