Submersible pump is a new water pumping machinery, machine and by diving submersible pump components. It is widely adapted to agricultural irrigation, urban and rural living areas, industrial and mining drainage and construction rainfall and rivers, reservoirs, fountains, refrigeration cooling systems, thermal baths and other water conservancy facilities. Its main feature is motor, water pump into the water work together as one, use, easy maintenance, high efficiency, safe and reliable operation.
1) Power: 380v three-phase AC, 50HZ.
2) Water quality: a) the temperature of water is below 20 (high temperature resistance 80)
b) The solid content is less than 0.01%. (According to the quality)
c) PH 6.5-8.5
d) The content of hydrogen sulfide is less than 1.15mg/l
e) The concentration of chlorides is less than 400mg/l
3) The inner part of the diving electric pump must be full of clean water and diving electric pump must safely submerge to wok.
4) Mounting depth shall not exceed 20% of water pump rated head and well face must be smooth and straight.
1. After finishing the installation of submersible electric pump, check continuity situation of the insulation resistance and three-phase again at the position of switch .Check if there is any error in the connection of instrument and starting equipment .Start and try the machine only if there is any problem .After starting ,observe if the indicating reading of every instrument surpass the rated pressure and current described on the nameplate .Listen to make sure if there is any noise or liberation phenomenon existing in the pump. Start operation if everything is normal.
2.After the first four-hour running of pump, stop the machine and test the insulation resistance of heat –stated motor rapidly with a value of not more than 05MΩ.
3. Restart the pump with a 5 minutes interval after the stop of pump to prevent high current when start the motor and leading to burning caused by incomplete circumfluence of the water in the water-feeding pipe.
4. After the normal operation of pump, do periodical check on the power supply pressure, working current and insulation resistance to prolong its life time. If the following situations are found, stop the pump and eliminate the fault instantly.
a) Under the rated working conditions, current exceeds 20%.
b) The moving water level decreases to water-in structure causing interval water-out.
c) The submersible pump shakes violently or has a loud noise.
d) The power supply pressure is lower than 340v.
e) One-phase of fuse is burnt out.
f) The water transmission pipe is damaged.
g) The heat abate insulation resistance of motor to ground is lower than 0.5MΩ.
5. Disassembly of Machine
a) Unfasten the tied rope of the electric cable, take down the pipeline part and wire protection plate.
b) Screw down the water –discharging bolt to emit out the water in the motor cavity.
c) Take down the filter wire mesh and unfasten the fixing screw of the fixing motor axis in the coupling.
d) Screw down the bolt connecting the water-in structure and motor. Divide the pump from motor(Notice that one should fill up the machine flat to avoid bending of pump axis during the division).
e) The disassembly order of water pump is :( Figure1) water-in structure , impeller .leading shell, impeller … check valve .At the time of knock down the impeller, use special tool to loose the sub late slipcover of fixing impeller. And avoid bending of pump axis and damage of every part during the knocks down process.
f) The disassembly process of motor is: (Figure 2) put the motor on the platform and knocks down the nut of dual head bolt, pedestal, and tight nut at the shaft end, thrust disc, button, down leading bearing base, dual head bolt from the bottom of motor in turn. And then take out the rotor (notice of no damage to the wire
Parcel). Finally, take down the down connection section and up leading bearing base.
h) Assembly of Machine
I) Wash and clean the rust and dirt of every part before assembly. Wipe oil on every fitting surface and fastener, then assemble the machine in turn according to the reverse order of disassembly (The up-down moving amount of motor spider should be about 1mm after assembly). After finished assembly, the coupling should turn neatly at the time of being dialed. Fix the filter wire mesh and try the machine then.
6. After one year running of the submersible electric pump or with a submersible time of two years but with a running time of less than one year, pull the pump out of the well and disassemble and check the pump according to the fifth clause and replace the damaged parts.
